Rick was extremely helpful in getting repairs done efficiently and economically done on my 2007 Prius, Kept me in the loop all the way. Also went over all the work that was done so that I could understand it.

My Husband and I purchased a Camry and a Prius in 2011 and Carl Jenkins was the salesman we worked with. Carl was great in 2011 and again in 2014 when my husband traded in his 2011 Camry for a 2014 Camry. Carl made sure that we were getting the best deal possible. We have a daughter graduating from ... from college next week. Once she secures a job and she is in a position to purchase a new vehicle we will definitely return to Carl Jenkins. We love our Toyotas and we definitely like working with Carl.
Dan Passante is a fantastic salesman. While my wife and I were waiting for the paperwork on our Rav4 lease he asked my what type of car I might want. Within the hour a 2012 Tacoma came into the lot. His friendly no pressure attitude made it easy for me to consider buying a second vehicle that ... weekend. My wife is happy with her Rav4 and I'm loving my truck. The whole experience was great. This was the first time buying a new car in 30 years. I drove away feeling like I was listened to and not pressured. Anyone shopping for a car should at least take a look here before making a final decision.
Typically, New/used car shopping and sales is my least favorite thing. Toyota of Scranton was just the opposite. Initialy I started online and Amanda Tucker was most helpful and responsive. At the dealship I dealt with Taryn Burns, It was a pleasurable experience, quite comfortable, not pressured in ... any way. Once the details of financing were resolved I was then asked which color do you want? In the past, I have never been able to truly select the car I wanted in terms of color or ammenities. This sales experience allowed that to happen. I got the car I wanted in the color and style I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. How can you go wrong, The sales manager Joe Gatto made himself known to me and was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Toyota of Scranton and ask for Taryn Burns or Amanda Tucker. Plus I love the car - 2012 Toyota Camry SE Limited.
Brenda is an outstanding service advisor with integrity and honesty two characteristics that are most important in a auto dealership. Unfortunately not all dealerships have this quality but scranton does

Even though I think I paid too much for the car, I still give a good rating to the dealership. Mr. Andy Noone was beyond reproach: professional, courteous and efficient. The only negative part of my experience was with Mr. Angelo Berretta, the finance manager, a smooth, fast talker who, in my view ... view, was too eager to have me sign for the extended protection. He failed to mention a $100.00 deductible and the clause granting the dealership the right to utilize used parts for repairs. Had it not been for this I probably would have rated it Great! The only glitch I encountered was on the vehicle delivery. There were some oversights by the detailing department. This was not a worry as Cathy immediately took the new vehicle back tothe detail ddepartment to have the issue resolved.
Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and scheduled maintenance on my 2012 tundra. Everyone in the service department was kind and courtious. Work was done in a timely manner and they spent time going over everything that was performed on the vehicle along with going over ... er some things that will need to be done in future visits. They were fair and honest, can't ask for much more than that!
Mark and Jenna were beyond great to us. Took the time to show us all of our options and worked with us in our price range. We went to other dealerships and did not get the great treatment or attention that we received at Scranton Toyota. They made us life long customers and we will go back to them ... for anything we may need in he future. I am in customer service and these two were great. Highly recommended and will send all our friends and family to see them!

Chris Wagner was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. The 2012 Avalon that we wanted was not available on the lot but Chris had no problem locating just the right car. Had my 1st service on Tacoma and was great , relaxed , looked around, they took care of me!!! Where very quick and explained everything to me!
My wife and I stoppped by one Sunday afternoon to check out some pre-owned Camrys they had advertised on their website. After finding one we were interested in, I contacted them via an online inquiry on Sunday night. Sue Krisanda responded promptly Monday morning and I set up an appointment with ... James Hazen for Monday evening. When I arrived, I was greeted by James and he brought the car around and gave me plenty of time to look it over and answered any questions I had. After a test drive, we quickly agreed on a price without any of the back and forth Sales Manager games you often get at other dealers. We started all the paperwork and set up a Saturday delivery. Even though we were buying form out of state (NY), they handled all the NY sales tax and registration fees for us. So, that saved us a trip to the DMV, which was very nice. The Saturday delivery went smoothly. The car was ready and had the desired accessories installed. The only issue was the body shop was not able to remove a couple of the larger scratches that the car had on it. I was a little disappointed with that, as I was able to remove the scratches myself with some finishing compound and 45 minutes of elbow grease. A half-way decent body shop person should have been able to buff them out in 15 minutes. So, I'm not sure what the issue was there. Anyway, it was easier to deal with the scratches myself, than postpone delivery and have to make another 3 hour round trip to pick up the car at a later date. After we finished our financing paperwork, James gave my wife an overview of how things operated on the car and synced up her phone for her. After that, we were on our way back to NY. Overall, this was the easiest, most relaxed car buying experience I'v ever had. I usually stay away from larger dealers due to the high pressure tactics they tend to use. That was not the case here - absolutely no pressure at all. James was a pleasure to deal with. Very low-key and knowledgable about his product. My wife loves her almost new Camry and we'd highly recommend Toyota/Scion of Scanton to anyone.
This has been perhaps the most positive experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Ms. Tucker responded quickly to my internet inquiry, setting up an appointment with Mr. Noone who provided great service in selling me my truck. He coordinated the estimated pricing for my old truck as well as ... the incentives and pricing of my new truck. A Customer Appreciation Certificate given to me by Ms. Webber added to the deal, and the sales manager sealed the deal by adding my request for the addition of running boards (an add on option). Paper work was efficiently completed by Mr. Sampogne (I think) with clear explanations. Mr. Noone then took the time to go over the vehicle controls and options with us including transferring plates from my old vehicle to my new. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and the staff did not play the usual car dealership games such as running back and forth between the salesman and the manager. Perhaps this was because Ms. Tucker and Mr. Noone had already provided me pricing information up-front over the internet - I don't know. What I do know is that I also own a Toyota Avalon which I have had serviced at this dealership, and my experiences with customer service are why I wanted this to be the place where I bought my new truck. I would recommend someone looking for a vehicle to check out the internet pricing system at this dealership and to talk to Mr. Noone or Ms. Tucker. These are the reasons why I have given the ratings I have.

I have been a long time Toyota customer. This is the 11th Toyota vehicle I or my direct family has purchased from this dealership over the years. Garria and Tanya were great. In the past as a courtesy the person actually blessing the deal(dollars, trade in etc) would come out and say hello and ... introduce themselves. This would give the buyer sense of reassurance that the entire organization was behind the deal. And a feeling that there was a personal participation on the part of management in the deal. This was not the case this time. Additionally, I was apprehensive since only one person I had dealt with in the 20 years of dealing with this membership is now employed at Toyota of Scranton, Brenda in the service department. Fortunately for your organization Garria was extremely professional and closed the deal smoothly. Brenda has always been great when I brought a car in for anything. Your group at the top of your organization should spend some time with these individuals. It could make the experience better for your customers.
Billy was just phenomenal! From the second I walked in he did his absolute best to get me the car I wanted. He was funny, personable, honest and gave the impression that he really enjoyed what he does. Even when I couldn't quite afford the car I wanted, he never pressured us into another car ... , instead he gave me the facts and let me know the differences between the two. When I settled on my corolla he seemed just as excited as I was! From start to finish he was just an absolute peach and I look forward to getting another car from him in three years! I mean come on, who offers their personal cell number so I can call or text what COLOR I want, on his day off, with his family?! He didn't have to do that, but he just went above and beyond in helping me lease my first new car. Thanks! Give this guy a raise!
