How long does my repair take?

- Most minor repairs take 1-3 days
- Timeframes are available at time of estimate after determining severity of damage
What do I drive home?
- Insurance carriers will provide rentals based on individual coverages. We work with Kulp Rentals, Hertz, Enterprise and other major rental companies through your insurance carrier
Are my repairs covered under insurance?
- This depends on your individual insurance provider and the situation. Please contact your insurance provider.
What do I do if I’m not covered and I want to get something fixed?
- Schedule an estimate via online application or over the phone
- Talk to our team about your process
- We have special pricing programs and financing available (if you qualify)
Will the new paint match my car?
- The paint will be mixed to an achievable transitional blend
- No two paint blends are the same variance from the manufacturer, however we do our best to ensure the blend is smooth.
Is my vehicle a total loss if the frame is damaged?
- We would have to review the vehicle to determine the total loss status of your vehicle and review with your insurance provider. Not all damaged frames result in a total loss.
Who determines a total loss on a vehicle?
- The insurance company will make a determination after an estimate is provided.
