The service department was a breath of fresh air. Many Service Advisor/Writers who’re ready to take care of you and that service advisor for me was ‘Kacie’. I was late for my original appointment by 2 days and she promptly got me in as soon as she could for a diagnostic for my Lexus RX 350. For getting me in with no appointment and 10+ hour job I had my car in under a week. My vehicle runs and drives perfectly. Kacie even secured a rental vehicle for me when they already had low stock on them. I took interest in a used truck that was on the lot, but it turned out it had not been serviced, detailed, or properly prepared for sale. Despite that, it was still sold to me with the expectation that it would be ready by the end of the second day. I have already taken two days off work and cannot afford to take additional time off. After speaking with the salesman again, I was informed it may not be ready until next Monday or Tuesday. This situation has been frustrating and inconvenient due to the delays and lack of clear communication. I do want to acknowledge that there may be factors behind the scenes that I’m not fully aware of, but I hope better communication and preparation can be provided moving forward.

Recently visited there for a state inspection and a 20000 mile checkup. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Friendly staff and short wait times. Because I didn't actually have 20000 miles on my odometer as I don't drive as much as I did but still had to come because of the time elapsed from buying my new car I only had to pay for the state inspection. Everything else like oil change and tire rotation and multipoint inspection was covered. I even got a 10.00 food voucher for their in-house coffee and soup and food services. Great experience.

I bought my car from here and always get it service by them. Great experience! My service advisor Kacie is great and polite. Appreciate everything you all do, thank you! 😀🙌

I had such an amazing experience at Toyota of Scranton, and I can’t recommend them enough, especially Jonathan! As a first-time car buyer, I went in feeling both excited and pretty anxious. I actually had my mind set on a completely different car and brand. The only reason I even stopped at Toyota was because my mom encouraged me to “just look,” since we’ve always been a Toyota family. Jonathan completely changed my entire experience. His personality, humor, and knowledge made me feel comfortable right away. He really listened to what I was looking for and ended up guiding me toward a car I never would have considered on my own and it turned out to be even better than I could have imagined. Honestly, without Jonathan, I probably would have walked out without a car and feeling more stressed than when I walked in. Instead, I left feeling so happy with my decision. If you’re nervous about buying a car or don’t know where to start, go see Jonathan. He made the whole process easy, enjoyable, and actually fun. Unbelievable experience from this dealership; Toyota Of Scranton. Very transparent with an awesome quality car. Sale person Brian B. Was extremely helpful; amazing and honest. I wish all dealership where like this. Great price and quick sale in in which we test drove the car, had the inspection checks completed; paid/registration car and closed the deal in about 2hrs. I was super nervous about doing business with a big dealership for the first time, especially alone because of all the horror stories you hear lol. But I genuinely cannot recommend Toyota of Scranton enough! They did most of the work over the phone/texting and worked with my busy schedule while I was at work which was great. They found me the perfect car and worked with me and my old car despite some difficulties on my end and they made sure I walked away with a brand new car, and payments and warranties that worked for me. They were never pushy or rushed me. The salesman I worked with, Jonathan, even stayed later to accommodate my schedule and never complained or made me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all which helped a lot. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the sales people to the finance team. They explained everything and worked with me and my repeated questions with genuine care and consideration. The actual dealership itself is also lovely! It’s very modern and spacious and clean. It doesn’t feel crowded or overwhelming like some other places I’ve been, and everyone was so nice and welcoming, even staff that I didn’t deal with directly. I’ve actually worked in a big dealership before so I have some first hand experience on how hectic, dismissive, and sometimes just rude or negative a dealership can feel. But that’s not the case here at all! I’ll definitely be recommending friends and family here and I plan to do business with them in the future when the time comes. In all my years my most recent vehicle buying experience here was the most pleasant and hassle free I have ever had. There was never any pressure put on me by the salesman, Dave Baum, or the finance team. They treated me with a customer-first attitude. David even went above and beyond to ensure that I understood all the features on my new ride before driving off and followed up days later to see if I had any questions. Knowing that they are available as a resource after the sale also played a large part in my decision to do business with them. Fair price, fair trade value, and service after the sale. You can't ask for much more than that from a dealership. Will definitely buy from them again.

The whole team at Toyota Scranton made buying a truck an enjoyable and easy process. My salesman Jonathan was excellent and made sure to get the details right and worked with me to achieve a deal I was happy with. The showroom and entire facility is very welcoming and provides an atmosphere that is very comforting with all the amenities you could possibly need. This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Toyota of Scranton and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rich in the finance department also went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience and that extra level of customer service really made it a memorable experience.

I have done business with this company a few times with buying multiple cars from them in the past 10 years to include ealier this week where I bought a tundra. The team is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I had the best experience at Scranton Toyota. Made my Transition into a new truck seamlessly, found them to be very fair and very happy with my purchase! The salesman Thomas made the experience very comfortable and pressure free. I highly recommend them.

Great place

My husband convinced me to stop in and just "look" and see what they have. Well after meeting Thomas, We left with a new car. Thomas really paid attention to what I was looking for and didn't push me to just buy anything. He made this experience which I completely dreaded a very happy one. We will look for him again when it is time to buy our next one.

Is was a good place

We recently purchased a new Tacoma from Toyota of Scranton and they made it a very good experience. From the time we entered the showroom to final sales, everything went smoothly. Our Sales professional Thomas Moss was very patient and answered all of our questions. He made it a very good experience. Justin Strouse (Finance Manager)did a great job explaining and completing the paperwork. Overall it was positive and easy experience.

This is a great dealership from Ssles to Service. They make it easy to find a vehicle and service is the absolute best!

As always my service visits are easy as 1,2,3. My service advisor always goes above and beyond. 10 +++. Service is always top notch. Never an issue or a problem. Just solutions. I would highly recommend there service department to everyone.
