Insurance Claims for Collision Repairs
Toyota of Scranton Will Work With Your Insurance Provider
At Toyota of Scranton’s collision center, we make it easy to get your car repaired after a collision. We understand the challenges that come with an accident, whether it was your fault or someone else’s responsibility. We work with your insurance provider to get the job done.
Most insurance providers require you to get an estimate for repairs before they will approve the work. Here at the Toyota of Scranton Collision Center, we provide estimates online. You can fill out an application for online estimates or give us a call to schedule a time for one. We work with numerous insurance carriers, including State Farm, All State, Geico, Progressive, Nationwide, and Erie.
You will need to contact your insurance carrier to find out if repairs are covered. If they aren’t covered, you can still schedule an online or in-person estimate. We will talk with you about the process for getting your vehicle repaired and discuss special pricing programs and financing available for those who qualify.
One concern a lot of owners have with a damaged vehicle is if it will be a total loss. We will review the vehicle’s damage and share that information with the insurance company. Even if the frame is damaged, it may not result in a total loss. The final determination is up to the insurance provider.
After the insurance provider approves the estimate for repairs, we’ll work with you to set up a time for you to bring your vehicle in. Most insurance providers will allow for a rental vehicle based on your coverage. We work with many major rental car companies, including Hertz and Enterprise to get you a vehicle through your insurance carrier.
If you’ve recently been in a collision and need your vehicle repaired, you can contact us at Toyota of Scranton Collision Center for an estimate and repair.
