The service been and was very good. There are some things that I do not understand related to the timing of service events. I'm thinking specifically about the actual change of the oil since my mileage is low compared with the schedule of service. Prior to the latest service session, I had a sticker that said my next session would be at 12,000 miles. There was one or two sessions before this one. However, the notice that I received said that the service was 18 months or 20,000 miles (if I remember correctly). In any events, the new sticker tells me a new mileage 15, 247 for me next service. I just never know exactly what is actually done at these sessions and what is at the discretion of the mechanics or others. I trust that what needs to be done is being done even if my personal knowledge of what is being done is, at times, not very clear. Thanks for listening and for the service as it is.

I have NEVER seen the consistency of service, or "going the extra mile" to achieve exceptional customer service. I interact with Matthew most of the time, but there isn't one member of the service team that does not contribute (this time Susan, initially ... and Jason)! I was pulled over for a bad headlight on Friday night. Saturday I went to TofS to see if they could "squeeze" me in. I dealt with Susan and although they could not, she gave me a receipt to show that I was scheduled for "first thing" on Monday morning. That allowed me to go through the weekend without fear of receiving another ticket. When I checked in, Matthew was initially busy, but Jason checked me in and Matthew closed when the service was completed. I was involved in Total Quality practices in the Coast Guard for twenty-seven years. This team functions "textbook" customer service. Thank you!
