My air conditioning lines broke after being repaired back in April. The service department was able to get me in promptly to diagnose the issue - they replaced the parts with no cost due to warranty on the parts, and helped me with a rental vehicle while it was being repaired. I had Ashley as my service coordinator, and she was extremely prompt and helpful throughout the process. I was very happy with my experience this week.

The service department, although they do attempt to try to help, just can never seem to get it right. I have a 25 Toyota tundra that the automatic tailgate fails to work properly since I bought the truck. After a most recent 7th trip to have it addressed they “can not duplicate the problem”. Similar experience with my last truck where they couldn’t get that one right either. I encourage you to use the sales team at this dealer but have your service done elsewhere…

A good morning, my name is ronald trunzo dealing with salesman, Dave, very kind and honest. I felt very comfortable making this deal. Friday was his day off. And that was the only day I can be there. I have been buying cars and having them serviced at Toyota of Scranton since 2010. I have always found them to be very professional and fair on their sales and service. They have a first class service department, and I am on a first name basis with many of the advisors. David Grieco is my go to advisor and is outstanding at what he does. I own 5 Toyotas and they keep them running great! I highly recommend them.

The service department was excellent. Comfortable waiting area complete with a cafe and comfortable chairs, places to charge your phone right near your seat, our service advisor Ed was polite, friendly and efficient. We also met with Mark for 20 minutes as he went over all of the features of our new car. We were in and out within 90 minutes.
