Can not fix warrantee issues with my truck then blames it on Toyota. So he is worthless to this customer.

I feel very fortunate to have Toyota of Scranton service nearby. Jason has been a gift. There have been several issues with my Camry caused by country living and the sweet small wildlife. David is the best I've been dealing with him for about 5 years and two trucks. He has advised me many time regarding what my truck needed and what was the most important to think about. Worthless platinum warranty that covers nothing. Truck has been to the dealership 2 times still not fixed. Never buy another Toyota, very disappointed with problems with the truck!! Unresolved daily issues that the dealership refuses to fix.
I had an amazing experience working with the Toyota body shop/collision center. They were quick and efficient and great to work with!!

If it weren’t for a few people like Mary Jo and Franko they would have denied to cover and fix a problem under warranty

ill start with the experience it was smooth easy and relaxed the team did great from the moment we walked in to the moment i drove off in my new to me pre-owned vehicle. If your inn the market for a car and don't want to be in a stress environment definitely pay this fine team especially Jeremiah Kimmel and the wizard Finance manager Matthew Hedden a visit tell them Marcelino Jerez sent you!!
The only problem was that I got our truck inspected and then a week later they send us a coupon for a free inspection for the truck. They should reimburse me for paying for the inspection .
Always good service and timely. Staff are nice and always professional. Wish they offered oil change coupons.

Toyota of Scranton used to be a great place to but a vehicle from. This last experience however has been terrible!! The staff were both somewhat rude , very pushy and have yet to acknowledge the issue dispite my many attempts to have the situation rectified. I was given a rate which ended up being false and after taking 5,000 from me they let me know the rate would now be higher and nothing could be done. Needed a new gas cap for my 07 Camry hybrid. John at the parts counter was excellent. The behind the scenes people deserve a shoutout too. There was a little mix-up with an order I had called in a few days before. John made it right. He got the order straightened out and had it delivered to my house the next day. Sorry for the delay in writing about my satisfaction with Toyota of Scranton. I was completely satisfied with the work done on my 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Trail. I just purchased new BF Goodrich All Terrain KO3 tires and I wanted to make sure that the tires were fully balanced and the all wheel alignment was also. I think I’ve had 12 or more Toyotas I just got a new 2026 Toyota Tacoma Very happy with the product, but also happy with the dealership and service department I usually deal with Doug Stahl for Sales and Jonathan for Service ... both deserve five stars

The service department was a breath of fresh air. Many Service Advisor/Writers who’re ready to take care of you and that service advisor for me was ‘Kacie’. I was late for my original appointment by 2 days and she promptly got me in as soon as she could for a diagnostic for my Lexus RX 350. I took interest in a used truck that was on the lot, but it turned out it had not been serviced, detailed, or properly prepared for sale. Despite that, it was still sold to me with the expectation that it would be ready by the end of the second day.

Amazing service!! Level of service could not have been higher. Great communication and follow up.
Recently visited there for a state inspection and a 20000 mile checkup. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Friendly staff and short wait times. Because I didn't actually have 20000 miles on my odometer as I don't drive as much as I did but still had to come because of the time elapsed from buying my new car I only had to pay for the state inspection. Everything else like oil change and tire rotation and multipoint inspection was covered. I even got a 10.00 food voucher for their in-house coffee and soup and food services. Great experience.
