We got a great used car at a fair price. Process was easy no high pressure sales tactics and friendly salesperson Cade.
My husband took the my vehicle there for my tire rotation and oil change. They saw that there was a recall on it and was able to do that day!
I was there for an oil change and my advisor suggested that I get my state inspection done as well since it will expire in approximately one month. I agreed so it would save me another visit. When I got checked out, I asked about it and I was told the mechanic never did it and I would have to get it done next time.

I had a great experience at Toyota of Scranton! My techinician, Jonathan, went above and beyond to help me with an warranty issue from a Florida Toyota. He was able to resolve the issue and get the work done on my car! They even provided me lunch while I waited. In an age where we never know who to trust, dont think twice about bringing your car here. Excellent customer service, communication, upfront pricing & great repair service!

It was discovered after I did CAR WASH & looked under Hood! Saw corroded Terminal & rough condition with lotsa corrosion & #3-hole CAP piece was missing 😲!

Horrible experience with tire change for nail in tire. Waited 2+ hours just to be told they could not patch but had to replace and that they did not have my tire in stock. When they did put the tire on they put a touring tire on instead of an all season like the rest of them and my vehicle is AWD.
This was my first service appointment with Scranton Toyota and I was satisfied with the service.
Service was done yesterday on my RAV4 very prompt and courteous as always. They said it would take approximately an hour and 15 minutes and it actually only took 50 minutes. The service man went over everything that they did and told me everything looked great as always the best place in the area for Toyota’s

Excellent experience from start to finish! I brought my Toyota in for its 10,000 mile maintenance and the entire process was quick, professional, and hassle free. They gave me a ride home to wait while work was done then even came and picked me up. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the service. Everything was handled efficiently, and I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicle here for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
Toyota of Scranton is an unethical car dealership that will not stand by their cars or take accountability when they sell a car that has structural problems.
My husband and I purchased a 2008 rav4. We inquired about the condition of the vehicle because we recognized the vehicle was older. However, we were told prior to purchasing the vehicle that it was garage kept and was a super clean nice vehicle. Under these verbal and written statements made to us, we purchased the vehicle.
