2025 GR Corolla

When you’re trying to optimize a vehicle for the track, every little detail matters. The engineers behind the GR Corolla have been hard at work this year, as they’ve carefully examined everything from the torque of this model to the bumper. If you want to see how these changes have improved the new 2025 GR Corolla, then you can stop by Toyota of Scranton for a test drive.

What’s New with the GR Corolla?

This car has received quite a few changes, so here are some of the highlights:

  • Increased Torque: The 2025 GR Corolla can put out up to 295 lb.-ft. of torque. This is a pretty big jump from last year, as this car originally offered 273 lb.-ft. of torque.
  • The New 8-Speed GAZOO Racing Direct Automatic Transmission: This available transmission is designed to elevate your performance on the track. It seamlessly makes its way from one gear to the next, so you’ll have a smooth drive.
  • A New Front Bumper: Your front bumper is the first thing that other drivers see when they look at your vehicle. The GR Corolla’s bumper is stylish and functional, as it receives a redesign this year that focuses on the car’s aerodynamic performance. If you’re looking for ways to cool your vehicle down, you can equip available features like the Sub-Radiator or the Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooler.

The GR Corolla’s Fun and Balanced Design

This car can help you break your previous records on the track, but the GR Corolla offers a lot more than just speed and power.

  • The Turbocharged 1.6L Engine: This engine is strong and reliable, as it can churn out up to 300 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque. If you want to see this engine in person, and you’re near Chinchilla, Scranton, or Freeland, then you can visit us at Toyota of Scranton.
  • The GR-FOUR All-Wheel Drive System: This system aims to give you as much traction as possible. It has different AWD modes, including Normal, Gravel, and Track. If you need to adjust this system for new terrain, you can easily turn the dial and you’ll be ready to go.
  • A Quick Look at Standard Features: Standard features for this model include an 8-inch Multimedia Touchscreen, a 12.3-inch Color Digital Gauge Cluster, Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Toyota Safety Sense 3.0.

The GR Corolla’s Three Grades

This year, you’ll have three unique grades to choose from.

  • The Core Grade: The Core Grade includes features like a Sports-Tuned Suspension, a Matte Black Front Grille, and GR Logoed Fabric-Trimmed Sport Seats. Although this is the first Grade for this model, it still comes with a long list of features.
  • The Premium Grade: This Grade largely focuses on your comfort, as it adds a JBL Premium Audio System, a Qi-compatible Wireless Charger, and Dual Zone Climate Control. You’ll also have Front and Rear Parking Assist.
  • The Premium Plus Grade: This car has a unique look thanks to the Forged Carbon Fiber Roof and the 18-inch 15-spoke Matte Black Alloy Wheels. On the inside, you’ll have a Red Stitched Interior Trim and a Head-Up Display. This Grade also equips you with a Sub-Radiator for improved performance.
