“What do you like about your current position?”

“I get to meet people that are really nice and help them leave with a safe vehicle. That feels rewarding… I get to work with so many personalities throughout the day.”

“Take me through a typical day in your position.”

“It all starts with a team huddle and it’s really fast paced from there. Our first customer is here at 7:30, and the rest of my day is spent problem solving the best I can for our customers. My job is to translate what a technician does for our customers. “

“Where do you see yourself long-term?”

“I’m well compensated for my time. I always, like, want to do better. I don’t know where I can really go from here, but I’m comfortable that Toyota of Scranton will help me get there.”

Years ago, Kacie started as an associate with the Dunkin Donuts when it was still located at Toyota of Scranton. Seeing the amazing environment at the dealership, Kacie asked for a position as part of our team, and was hired on starting as a rental coordinator. Since she has been hired, Kacie has moved from rental coordinator, to the service communications department, and communications department manager. Kacie continued to grow into her role at Toyota of Scranton, and now works for us as Service Advisor. Kacie loves her role within the dealership, as she gets to work with a bunch of different personalities throughout the day, and help people leave with a safe and operational vehicle, which is a very rewarding experience for her.

A typical day for Kacie starts with a team huddle to go over goals, tasks, and overall team spirit to have a smooth and successful day. As the first customer shows up at 7:30 AM, it’s a fast-paced day for the entire group. She spends much of the day helping customers problem solve and to translate what technicians do for each customer. Her favorite thing about working at Toyota of Scranton is the family-oriented atmosphere and the opportunities within for career advancement. Kacie holds great value in expanding her knowledge and growing within Toyota of Scranton. Kacie’s long term goals certainly involve Toyota of Scranton, as she absolutely loves her role within the dealership and has faith they will help her get wherever she wants to go.
